PRESS – Front page on News.com (CNet)
Today’s top story (2 June ‘06) was Family 2.0 sites, along side Ebay and Microsoft’s new operating system, Vista. It has now come of the top spots on the front page, however is listed down the page, tagged with a “high impact” image. I contacted CNET that I was blogging about Family 2.0 space (as no-one was doing it), did a quick interview and also my blog was a great source for the journalist and had no idea it would get a great run…I am stoked to be able to generate interest in press. I am aiming to evangelize the space for the benefit of Minti and other start ups in the Family 2.0 space.

Rachel – who do you see as the emerging leaders in the Family 2.0? I noticed that MyFamily.com, SmugMug and TheFamilyPost were not mentioned in these articles. What do you think of those sites?
